  3. پراٹھا بنانے کے دو طریقے ہوسکتے ہیں ایک تو بڑا پیڑا بنا کر اسمیں فلنگ بھر کر سیل کرکے پراٹھا بیل لیں یا دو چھوٹے پیڑے بنا کر بیل کر ایک پر فلنگ رکھیں دوسرے سے ڈھک کر سیل کرکے بیل کر پراٹھا بنا لیں میں نے دوسرا طریقہ استعمال کیا ہے ۔.
  4. اب پراٹھا اچھی طرح سیل کرکے گرم توے پر ڈالیں اور ہلکا ہلکا گھی یا آئل لگا کر اسے سینکتے جائیں درمیانی آنچ پر.
